On Wednesday, July 25, 2013, associate David C. Sawyer, along with Peter Parsonson, Ph.D., P.E., gave a presentation on traffic engineer liability at the Georgia Institute of Transportation Engineers 2013 Summer Seminar in St. Simons Island, Georgia. David discussed potential legal issues facing traffic engineers and gave practical advice on how engineers can protect themselves from future claims. David was invited to speak at the Summer Seminar after giving a similar presentation at the American Society of Highway Engineers last year.
