DeSharné L. Carroll is an attorney at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffet, & Brieske, where her practice focuses on premises liability defense and commercial general liability defense. DeSharné has significant experience in obtaining favorable outcomes and verdicts for clients and has successfully tried a broad range of cases in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, DeSharné successfully worked as defense counsel in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and transportation defense in both Georgia and Alabama. DeSharné received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mississippi State University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Paul M. Hebert Law School at Louisiana State University where she finished on the Dean’s List.
DeSharné is licensed in all Superior and State courts of Georgia, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court of the Middle District of Georgia, State Courts of Alabama, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Alabama, and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the Georgia Defense Research Institute.
In her free time, DeSharné enjoys traveling, pilates, and spending time with family and friends.
