David C. Rhodes

David C. Rhodes is an experienced, accomplished attorney with a strong focus on delivering exceptional legal representation to his clients.  David joined Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, LLP, where he continues to excel in his practice. He brings with him more than a decade of valuable prior experience as an attorney in a boutique law firm, where he represented a major Atlanta hospital system in various civil litigation matters.

As an attorney, David is recognized for his exceptional litigation skills and comprehensive legal knowledge. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in a diverse range of cases. David has successfully handled matters involving medical malpractice, premises liability, breach of contract, employment disputes, insurance coverage disputes, federal motor carrier safety regulation claims, and other legal claims. His extensive experience encompasses representing major Georgia hospitals and various clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia.

David’s exceptional legal skills have earned him recognition in published representative cases, including Mornay v. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, and Federal Ins. Co. v. American Home Assur. Co. These cases highlight his ability to navigate complex legal issues and secure favorable outcomes for his clients.

David graduated from Emory University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in economics, magna cum laude, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He further pursued his legal education at the prestigious New York University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2009. David is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the trial and appellate courts of Georgia, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Beyond his professional achievements, David is an active member of various legal associations, including the Atlanta Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He also nurtures his passion for tennis through his involvement with the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA).
