Hannah L. Patton is an attorney at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske LLP. Hannah is licensed in Georgia and her practice focuses on insurance coverage, insurance defense litigation, and pre-suit handling of time limited demands. Hannah is a proud “Double Dawg,” having graduated from the University of Georgia with her B.A. magna cum laude, in Political Science and International Affairs in 2018 and the University of Georgia School of Law with her J.D. in 2021. While a student at UGA, Hannah gained experience as a legislative aide at the Georgia State Senate and as a research assistant to Dr. Charles S. Bullock, III. During law school, Hannah served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lisa Godbey Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the Honorable Lawton E. Stephens of the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County. Hannah also served a legal extern to the Office of the General Counsel for the Speaker of the Georgia House of Representatives during the 2020 legislative session.
Following her graduation from law school, Hannah began her legal career at a national civil litigation firm where she defended physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other medical professionals against malpractice claims. Prior to joining the firm, Hannah worked at an insurance defense firm as a member of the insurance coverage and bad faith litigation practice group.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, fitness, spending time with her friends and family, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and floral design.
